Kristina Cvetanov is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer (COFO) of Liquiditas, a fintech and licensed financial company in Malta, specializing in Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions that help SMEs unlock liquidity and optimize working capital. She is responsible for the group’s strategic, financial, and operational leadership, and she is shaping the vision and development strategy of the Liquiditas SCF Platform.

With more than 20 years of international experience in finance, operations, and general management, Kristina brings deep expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and business, organizational, and digital transformation. She is also part of the leadership team of Hut4 Capital, the investment group behind Liquiditas. Previously served as Group CFO and COO at Seavus (now Qinshift), a global software and consulting company.

She holds a CPA license and a certificate in Mergers & Acquisitions from Imperial College Business School. Kristina is recognized for her strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and commitment to developing financial solutions that empower businesses to grow and scale with confidence.
