Bojan Luburić is an experienced bank executive & entrepreneur, currently the CEO & Co-Founder of Flumen Digitalis, a company helping financial institutions optimize processes, automate operations, and accelerate digital transformation through consulting and proprietary solutions such as OpTracker, CrediFlow, and FactorFlow.

Bojan is a co-founder of the Balkan Fintech Association (BFA), representing Bosnia-Herzegovina, and currently serves as a Member of its Board of Directors.

With 15+ years in banking & finance, including serving as CEO of MF Banka, he has held senior leadership roles across sales, corporate banking, credit operations, and executive management, consistently driving growth, efficiency and innovation.

He holds a master’s degree in Banking & International Finance from Bayes Business School in London and completed a Masterclass at INSEAD in Singapore. In 2019, he received the “Golden BAM” award as the most successful young manager in Bosnia-Herzegovina’s banking sector.
