Miloš Milošević, founder of Fleka and Presto, is a dedicated fintech enthusiast reshaping the digital and financial landscapes. A graduate of the prestigious Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, with a portfolio spanning projects for brands like Nike, Prada, and BMW, Miloš established Fleka to champion global-caliber innovation from Montenegro.

As a co-founder of Presto, he is transforming banking into a seamless, integrated experience that makes financial management effortless for users. Through services like PrestoLink, Presto is already active in tourism and culture (ticketing, donations, and online payments), and in 2024 the company received a PISP licence from the Central Bank of Montenegro — becoming the country’s first payment initiation institution under PSD2.

As Fintech Board President at ICT Cortex, Miloš collaborates with industry leaders, regulators, and government to develop a thriving fintech ecosystem in Montenegro — from open banking and instant payments to digital identity and video identification. He is also a co-founder of the Balkan Fintech Association (BFA), an initiative supported by the IFC.
