Jovan Milovanović

Jovan Milovanović is co-founder of Finspot, a fintech company behind Southeast Europe’s first online factoring platform and first digital bond issuance, with over €60 million in invoices financed to date. He leads the group’s business development, market expansion, and strategy, including key partnerships and the build-out of Finspot’s technology arm.
Jovan holds a BEng in Information Systems and Technologies and an MSc in Quantitative Finance from the University of Belgrade.
