Zoltan Acz

Zoltan is an innovation and fintech executive with more than 14 years of leadership experience across startups, banking, and venture capital.
He began his career in economic journalism, later founded and scaled a media startup, and went on to lead innovation programs supporting hundreds of startups and corporates across financial services and multiple industries, primarily within the banking industry.
Prior to his current roles, he spent five years as Head of Innovation of MBH Bank (Hungary’s second-largest bank) and served as CEO of MBH Fintechlab, the bank’s dedicated innovation subsidiary.
Currently, he serves as Deputy CEO of MKIK Fund Management, where he is responsible for building and operating a €360M SME-focused investment fund. He is also Chairman of the Hungarian Fintech Association, shaping industry collaboration and representing the sector in strategic and policy discussions. In addition, he is a Supervisory Board Member of Pay10’s European entity, contributing to the governance of a Dubai-headquartered, licensed payments provider operating in 16 countries. He is an active angel investor.
