Dejan is an Attorney at Law and a passionate tax advisor who served as a Deloitte Tax Partner in Deloitte Central Europe (South cluster) until 2021. He is an experienced international tax expert with 15 years in tax and legal advisory services market. Dejan participated in a number of projects aimed at aligning Serbian legislation with the EU or modernization of Serbian Tax Authorities by way of benchmarking against the developed tax jurisdictions.

Some of his career highlights include participation in a project for the Ministry of Finance financed by the World Bank, a project designed to enhance the quality of the tax system in Serbia, acted as a member of the Serbian Ministry of Finance Working Group for the reform of the Tax Authorities. He is also member of the executive board of the Serbian Fiscal Society and International Fiscal Society. He obtained LL. M. Degree in International Taxation at the New York University School of Law.
