Igor Zlatojev is currently serving as the Business Development Manager with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), where he works on facilitating the exchange of goods, ideas, knowledge, and technology between Poland and Serbia. He came to PAIH from the fintech world – he was part of an R&D team at a Lithuania-based fintech. During that time, he worked on emerging trends in finances, tokenization, payment innovations, evolving demographics, ESG, legacy and digital banking, and B2B integrations. Before that, he did independent consultancy work for companies who sought to enter SEE and CEE. Those tasks usually dealt with due diligence, risk exposure, and market specificities.

He completed his BA in Political Science with a Minor in History at the University of Mississippi (Oxford, MS, USA). He is alumnus of the FLEX exchange program (formerly A-SMYLE) . He enjoys hiking, reading (non-fiction and sci-fi), and water sports. He hopes to pass a diving course in the near future.
