Mr. Jan Schoch is an entrepreneur with awarded, international management experience. From 2007 to 2018, he founded and headed the Switzerland’s only listed Fintech Unicorn Leonteq AG, a successful start-up with a stock exchange value of up to 3.5 billion CHF. After a successful exit, in 2020 he co-founded Anova Partners AG, an investment management Fintech in Switzerland. His previous work experience also includes working for some of the world’s leading investment banks.

Today, Jan is successfully managing Anova Service AG, which delivers solutions that are shaping the future in Information Technology and Finance. Apart from this he is a founder of Jan Group, a holding company with several enterprises under its umbrella from various industries such as Finance, Information Technology, Real Estate, Tourism and Charity.

Jan is a winner of several awards for Entrepreneur of the Year, Country Winner Switzerland EY World Entrepreneur of the Year and CEO of the Year.
