Jelena is a dedicated professional currently engaged as Partnerships Manager at Payoneer, where she is building and managing the western and southeast European regional ecosystem trough establishment of affiliate and strategic partnerships. Her professional background is over 15 years of experience in many areas of business and strategy within traditional Serbian banking system and her recent engagements are within highly competitive global fintech companies on the fore front of financial innovation.

Her career has been marked by significant contributions, including her latest role as the Country Ambassador for the European Women Payments Network (EWPN), where she passionately fosters inclusivity, diversity, and innovation in the finance industry within Serbia and the wider SEE region. Jelena's long lasting commitment to promotion of entrepreneurship led her also to co-found Startap kidZ, a non-profit association, engaging in projects that empower children and young generations to own their future by embracing entrepreneurial mindset and lifestyle.
