Jovan Paunović is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leading global multinational companies and international teams. As the founder and CEO of TREESURY, an innovative agri-food ecosystem hub, he connects farmers with investors and industrial buyers through regulated tokenized securities and blockchain-powered markets, addressing food security, climate change, and poverty alleviation.

Jovan also works as an independent consultant for Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) in New York, advising on medical technology and the strategic implementation of modern technologies across various industries. His previous roles include CEO positions at GE Holdings and GE Healthcare for the Western Balkans, and founder of VisMedic, Eastern Europe's first telemedicine platform. He is also the founder of JP ICG, a boutique consulting company specializing in mergers and acquisitions, digital business transformation, and support for startups. Jovan is an active mentor and angel investor, supporting innovation across three continents. He holds degrees from the University "Luigi Bocconi" and the "United World College of the Adriatic," and completed the Technology Entrepreneurship Program at Stanford University.
