Founder and CEO, AVR Solar Park

Milica Andrić is the founder and CEO of AVR Solar Park, one of the leading solar energy companies in Serbia. She began her career in the banking sector, holding positions in asset management, corporate financing, and debt recovery—gaining in-depth expertise in financial analysis and strategic problem-solving.

As a consultant for the Serbian Office for Public Investment Management, in cooperation with KfW, she designed a program to promote entrepreneurship and self-employment, offering vital support to the startup ecosystem through education and financial assistance.

Driven by a strong commitment to renewable energy, she led the development of one of the country’s largest solar power plants. She also initiated a pioneering project to tokenize investments in solar infrastructure, enabling individuals and investors to directly support clean energy through digital tokens. This innovative approach contributes to the region’s green transition and the advancement of sustainable finance.
