Nataša has wide experience in the banking with a focus on Innovation, digital transformation, and data science.

Throughout her career, she led CRM, data science, and innovation teams. She worked on implementations of large-scale projects and digital transformation initiatives.

In her current position, Nataša is an innovator and change agent. She is focused on internal and external innovation capabilities, modernization of the organization and leveling up of innovation enablers.

Through IT education and background, she gained a wide awareness of IT topics which provided her knowledge to support the organization’s IT maturity and work on the adoption of modern technologies and processes so that the organization is ready to innovate and implement innovations.

She enjoys sharing her experience so she participates in many programs as a mentor/advisor and works closely with many startups and innovative companies on various innovative projects.
