Sanel Jovanović is an IT leader with more than 20 years of experience across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, and IT operations within complex enterprise environments. He currently serves as Head of the Digital Infrastructure Directorate at OTP Bank Serbia, where he is responsible for defining and executing digital and cloud strategy, driving operational resilience, modernizing infrastructure platforms, and supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

His expertise includes hybrid and cloud platforms, observability, IT service management, regulatory compliance, and building high-performing engineering teams. Throughout his career, he has led cloud transformation initiatives, established DevOps and SRE organizations, implemented ITIL-based service operating models, and aligned technology strategy with business goals to drive operational excellence and organizational growth.

Outside of work, he is a passionate triathlete and IRONMAN finisher, reflecting his mindset of discipline, endurance, and continuous improvement.
