Slavoljub Đorđević is the Executive Director Retail Products at AikBank in Belgrade, bringing extensive experience in the financial sector across international and regional markets.

Throughout his career, Slavoljub Đorđević has held senior leadership roles at international banking groups, leading strategic projects in SME and retail banking, sustainability and customer experience across 14 markets in Central and Eastern Europe. He was actively participating in launching digital neobanks for SMEs (Fairo) in Ukraine and Romania and transforming the SME, retail and premium offers, based on sustainable growth and focused on increased profitability and advancing digital services

Slavoljub Đorđević holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Banking and Insurance from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade. He is fluent in English and Russian, with working proficiency in German and Ukrainian.
