Thorsten is the master mind behind Finyoz which he set up to democratize supply chain finance. What does Finyoz stand for? Thorsten and his founder team created Finyoz as a disruptive fintech/lendtech platform enabling companies to fund their short-term supply chain finance needs directly from investors in a completely digitized journey and at a fraction of the effort and cost to comparable alternatives thereby making this finance route also accessible to small and medium sized companies. Investors can let their idle money generate fixed returns and companies can improve their working capital resulting in a win-win for all participating parties.

Before setting up Finyoz, Thorsten was working in the banking industry for more than 20 years reaching director level for Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and Bawag Bank in London, Vienna and Zurich amongst others.

Thorsten holds a  bachelors degree and two master degrees as well as a number of financial qualifications. With Finyoz he has won the leading companies award in the Fintech category in Austria and Germany, the prestigious HIPE Award in Germany and most recently the Finance Product of the Year Award from the German Institute of Service Quality, DISQ.

Thorsten is very dedicated to his job, but in the rare moments of his free time, he can either be found in the gym or in his work shop customizing one of his many motorbikes.
