She began her career in a startup, followed by an engagement at the Croatian Association for Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies as the Operations Manager.

Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to the ever-evolving field of FinTech, focusing particularly on its latest advancements. Her main goal has been to support companies in incorporating blockchain technology while ensuring they comply with all relevant regulations. Drawing from her background in startup financing and blockchain technology, she has been actively exploring innovative financing avenues.

Currently, Varia is leading the legal aspects of a ClimateTech project funded by cryptocurrencies.
